Kendall Holland, MA, LPC, NCC

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in South Dakota. I graduated from the University of South Dakota with a BA in Psychology in 2021. I earned my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Dakota in 2024. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and am currently working towards licensure in Nebraska under the supervision of Dr. Lori Evenson.

I offer mental health care to individuals and couples using empathy and openness to develop a therapeutic relationship.  I am especially committed to working with individuals who have been impacted by trauma, experience disordered eating patterns, or struggle with self-esteem and body image issues.

My approach to counseling is relationship based, informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) techniques.  I have completed additional training in Brainspotting, DBT, Internal Family Systems, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
