Gianna wright, MS, lpc, NCC, QMHp, CCTP
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Nationally Certified Counselor, and Qualified Mental Health Professional with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and a BA in English from South Dakota State University. My clinical background includes work at The Compass Center, where I supported survivors of sexual assault. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Profession and also have training in Emotional Freedom Techniques for Trauma, Trauma Stewardship, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), Mental Health First Aid, Motional Interviewing, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based models and shaped by more than a decade of experience supporting individuals of all ages, with an emphasis on compassion, authenticity, and collaboration. I value working with clients from all walks of life and strive to create a space that affirms diverse identities, experiences, and ways of being.
I specialize in women’s mental health, offering support through challenges related to identity, life transitions, and relationships. I help women work through anxiety, depression, stress, low self-worth, and the emotional toll of social pressures that uniquely affect women’s lives.
I also work with individuals who have experienced trauma, abuse, or relational harm. My work is shaped by a deep respect for the complex ways these experiences affect emotional, relational, and physical well-being. My goal is to create a space where healing can unfold with care, and where clients can deepen their self-understanding and reclaim their inner strength.
